The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) on Wednesday, February 14 launched the Employee Recognition Awards, a new initiative held quarterly to honour the dedication and excellence of airport staff.
The inaugural event, which took place at Moi International Airport (MIA), recognized individuals who have gone above and beyond in their service to passengers, setting a high standard for others to follow.
The recognition program is part of The KAA's Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards, which is designed to foster a competitive environment and encourage continuous improvement in service delivery across all KAA-managed airports.
"The Kenya Airports Authority is committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and passion our staff display every day. This new staff recognition program is a reflection of our continuous effort to ensure that all passengers at our airports receive world-class service,” KAA Managing Director Henry Ogoye stated.
