The Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) launched its inaugural Competition and Consumer Protection Law Digest on Sunday, February 23.
The Law Digest, which was developed in partnership with the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law) will feature landmark cases handled by the Authority since its establishment in August 2011.
According to the Authority, the book aims to boost the understanding of competition and consumer protection law in the country while exposing stakeholders to the authority’s decision-making processes.
“The Digest now provides a one-stop reference for stakeholders. This publication is the first of many that the Authority plans to produce. We look forward to receiving feedback regarding the inaugural edition from stakeholders,” stated CAK Acting Director General, Adano Wario
