Tatu City has partnered with AAR Healthcare to begin a three-year deworming programme in six government primary schools in Kiambu County.

The announcement made on Monday, February 26, revealed that the two organisations will also collaborate on other health initiatives, including basic health education, menstrual hygiene, outreach programmes and career talks.

Angela Muthoga, Sustainability & Corporate Partnerships Manager at Tatu City, explained that this initiative will ensure each pupil has an opportunity to reach their full potential without falling victim to worm infections.

On the other hand, Gertrude Nyanzi, ESG coordinator at AAR HealthCare added that through the partnership AAR can extend our reach and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children in Kenya.
