Vehicles costing as low as Ksh57,000 were on Monday put on auction by an auctioneer. The property is available for viewing across the country.
In a notice published in one of the local dailies, the auctioneer Onyango and Tarus announced that the auction would involve the sale of the 38 vehicles across its various yards.
The cheapest vehicle costing Ksh 57,000 is an Isuzu NPR model that is available for public viewing at Matriz Movers Yard and is a salvage vehicle.
The vehicles mostly have low prices with others valued at Ksh 230,000, which will be sold at one of its yards in Ruiru Nairobi.
According to the auctioneer, the most expensive vehicle that will be sold at the auction will be a Toyota Landcruiser TRJ at a yard in Mombasa and will be offered at an auction price of Ksh4 million.
Interested bidders were invited to submit their bids for the auction by October 22 this year at their Nairobi offices situated at Upper Hill.
The auctioneer also put up a BMW 320i, available at Eazy Yard on Mombasa Road that will be going for Ksh750,000 and a Mercedes Benz 911 going for Ksh300, 000 situated at a yard in Eldoret City.
A Toyota Sienta(2008) is also available in the category of the cheapest vehicles in the auction and will be available at only Ksh 330,000.
In the range of classy cars, a Lexus RX270 is also available for Ksh2.8 million and a Subaru Forester going for Ksh665,000.
For those interested in owning trucks, the auctioneer also put up various units including an Eicher 10.75 truck that will be available at Ksh1,040,000 and a Foton Auman truck that will be going for Ksh908,000.
A farming tractor has also been put up for the auction, a Massey Ferguson model mf 386 going for Ksh 1.6 million and is available for viewing at a Bungoma Yard.
Other listed vehicles set to be auctioned include Toyota Harriers, Toyota Corolla, Isuzu ELF, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Vitz, Toyota Wish, Toyota Landcruisers, Mazda Demio, Mitsubishi Canter and Subaru Forester among other models of cars.
