A company in Nairobi, Onyango and Tarus, has placed 32 vehicles on auction with the cheapest being a Toyota Hiace 2015 model starting at Ksh69,000.
According to a notice in the local dailies on November 25, the car is available for viewing at the Kakamega Storage Yard.
A Ford Ranger going for Ksh138,000 is the second cheapest vehicle in the lot, available for viewing at Eezy Storage Yard in Ruiru.
In the Ksh200,000 to Ksh300,000 range, a Mitsubishi Lancer Cargo and a Nissan Caravan are available for Ksh209,000 and Ksh230,000 respectively.
At just below half a million are several other cars including a Mitsubishi Pajero starting at Ksh323,000 and a Toyota Succeed at Ksh352,000.
A Nissan March for Ksh313,000 and a Suzuki Avery at Ksh345,000 are also available for bidding.
On the pricier side of the lot are a Mazda Demio at Ksh460,000 and a Lexus Rx300 at Ksh517,000.
For Ksh704,000, a bidder can take home a Toyota Landcruiser and for a slightly lower Ksh650,00, one can secure a Landrover Freelander.
Vehicles exceeding the one million mark include a Volkswagen Touareg at just over Ksh1.6 million and a Toyota Wish at Ksh1.49 million. An Isuzu Nqr is also available for just over Ksh1.3 million.
An Isuzu Fvr and an Isuzu Fvz are both available and going for Ksh2.9 million and Ksh3.2 million respectively both available for viewing at the Leakeys Storage in Industry Area.
The most expensive of the 32 is an Isuzu Fvx 23S with the body which is available at the same yard going for Ksh4,179,000.
Interested bidders have been advised to view the vehicles at their respective yards including; Eezy Mombasa Road Yard, Auto Gallery Ltd in Westlands, and Greypost Yard on Kiambu Road.
They can then place their bids on www.eezycars.co.ke before December 3. They will all be sold on 'as is where is' basis.
