Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has advertised a construction tender for a 12-classroom, multi-storey building at Kimalel Junior Secondary School under the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF).
In an advertisement featured in a local daily on Monday, February 24, 2025, the tender outlines the minimum standards that bidders must meet to be eligible for the bidding process.
"Kapseret NG-CDF invites interested and qualified bidders from reputable companies to bid for tender number NG-CDF/KAPS/37/2023/2024," the notice states.

As proof of tax compliance, bidders must provide a copy of the KRA PIN registration certificate and a valid tax compliance certificate.
Other requirements include evidence of similar works completed in the last five years, as well as a copy of audited accounts for the last three years.
Bidders must also demonstrate access to lines of credit and other financial resources, along with proof of tools, equipment, and personnel.
Those with no litigation history will be vetted through an affidavit.
Additionally, competent bidders will be required to provide a security deposit of Ksh 250,000, which must be valid for 154 days.
