Among the institutions listed as support centres are Alupe University (Busia), Baringo National Polytechnic (Baringo), Maseno University (Kisumu), Technical University of Mombasa (Mombasa), and Karen Institute for the Deaf (Nairobi).
Other institutions listed include Rongo University (Migori), Egerton University (Nakuru), Dedan Kimathi University (Nyeri), Kabianga University (Kericho), and Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (Siaya).

While making the announcement, the Placement Service noted that the support centres were open for all 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) cohort and other Form Four leavers.
Applicants seeking to visit any of the aforementioned institutions for assistance and guidance were urged to do so between April 2 and April 13, 2025.
“Following the opening of applications for Degree, TVET, and TTC programmes for the 2024 KCSE cohort and other Form Four leavers, KUCCPS has set up support centres in all the 47 counties,” KUCCPS noted.
“Applicants who require guidance or advice should visit their nearest institution from April 2 to 13, 2025,” the Placement Service added.
Similarly, applicants with challenges were directed to visit KUCCPS headquarters in Nairobi or any of the 58 Huduma Centres across the country.
Alternatively, should the challenges persist, applicants were advised to send an email to info@kuccps.ac.ke or call KUCCPS customer care lines: 0205137400 or 0723954927.
The latest announcement comes barely five days after the Placement Service opened its application portal for students seeking university and TVET slots.
In a statement on Friday, March 28, KUCCPS announced that the application portal would be open for three weeks, with the application window set to close on April 21, 2025.
