In the notice, the placement service directed students seeking to apply for their preferred courses to do so through the KUCCPS portal or visit any Huduma centre across the country.

How to Apply

To apply for the 36 available courses, students were advised to log into the KUCCPS portal: students.kuccps.net

Once an applicant accesses the portal, they will be prompted to enter their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) index number, KCSE year, and password.

Students have been advised to use their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) index number or birth certificate number as their password.

According to KUCCPS, there are 36 available programmes, including both diploma and certificate courses. Notable courses available for application include a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery and a Diploma in Pharmacy.

Other diploma courses include Public Health, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Health Counselling, Health Promotion, Kenya Registered Nursing, Mortuary Science, and Optometry.

Certificate courses available for application include Kenya Enrolled Community Health Nursing, Medical Emergency Technician, Health Insurance Management, and Nutrition and Dietetics.

Meanwhile, the latest announcement comes a month after the placement service opened its portal for candidates to undertake a second revision of their choices.

While announcing the second revision, KUCCPS noted that the revision window was open for 2024 KCSE candidates who had not applied for courses or those who applied but were unsuccessful.
