"The registration period will commence on August 14, 2025 and close on September 5, 2025, at 5:00pm."

Nomination fees for those vying for the Member of County Assembly (MCA) positions are Ksh50,000 for male aspirants and Ksh25,000 for female, youth or people living with disabilities (PWDs) aspirants.

Male MP aspirants will need to cough up Ksh250,000 for nominations, while their female counterparts, youths and PWDs will pay Ksh125,000.

Finally, for nominations in the Baringo senatorial seat, aspirants will also mirror the amounts of the MP candidates. The payments are non-refundable and will be paid to the party through mobile money and a set bank account.

The by-elections are set for November 27, giving the party's aspirants at least two months to carry on their campaigns upon nomination on September 20.

There are over 20 jurisdictions where elections will be conducted, including Baringo County, which will be voting in a new Senator after the death of Senator William Cheptumo on February 16.

At the constituency level, by-elections will be carried out in Kasipul, Malava, Banissa, Mbeere North, Magarini and Ugunja to replace, among others, Charles Ong'ondo Were and Malulu Injendi, who passed away this year.

Vacancies for MCAs are the majority, with vacancies in 17 wards, including Angata Nanyokie Ward in Samburu County, Chemundu/Kapng'etuny Ward in Nandi County, Chewani Ward in Tana River County, Fafi Ward in Garissa County, Kariobangi North Ward in Nairobi City County, and Kisa East Ward in Kakamega County.
