Company Puts Vehicles Going for as Low as Ksh200,000 on Auction

An auctioneer has put up several vehicles on sale by way of public auction, with the automotive machines going for as low as Ksh200,000.

In an announcement on Monday, the company revealed that it had listed dozens of vehicles for sale across several storage yards in the country, inviting interested buyers to inspect and submit offers before October 21, 2025.

Among the lowest-priced vehicles was a 2001 Toyota Corolla available at Super Storage Yard, Nyeri, for Ksh253,000. A 2003 Toyota Funcargo 1.3 at Startruck Yard in Ukunda was also listed at Ksh245,000, while a Toyota Corolla A110 at Integra Yard, Kitengela, was priced at Ksh290,000.

Buyers searching for compact city cars could also consider a 2012 Nissan March K13 available at Capital Diamond Yard in Thika for Ksh235,000 or a 2014 Mazda Flair M34S in Ruiru going for Ksh259,000.

Those with slightly higher budgets could explore models such as the 2009 Toyota Noah ZZR70 listed at Ksh559,000 and the 2012 Toyota Premio ZRT240 1.8L at Eezy Storage Yard in Ruiru, priced at Ksh880,000. 

A 2017 Toyota Vitz KSP130, available at Spring Storage Yard in Machakos, was also listed for Ksh760,000.

Commercial vehicle buyers were also catered for, with listings such as a 2015 Faw CA3320 tipper truck at Razor Shard Storage Yard, Nairobi, for Ksh2.33 million and a 2019 Isuzu NKR 6L Body On at Auto Spin Yard, Nyeri, for Ksh1.54 million. 

Those interested in commercial transport, the company also listed a 2016 Toyota Hiace van at Sema Storage Yard, Bungoma, at Ksh1.68 million.

The auctioneer further listed a range of mid-tier options, including a Volkswagen Touareg at Ksh880,000, a 2004 Mercedes C180 at Ksh480,000, and a 2011 Lexus RX450H-Hybrid priced at Ksh1.9 million.

Interested bidders were advised to visit the respective storage yards for vehicle inspection before placing offers. 

Viewing locations included major towns such as Nairobi, Thika, Nyeri, Eldoret, Bungoma, Ruiru, and Kitengela.

The firm emphasised that all vehicles would be sold strictly on an 'as-is-where-is' basis, with successful bidders required to complete payment within the period stipulated in the sale terms.
