4 National Super Alliance (NASA) Leaders Lose Phones During Campaign

Two National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principals and two other Opposition leaders are reported to have lost their phones during yesterday's peak campaign rallies in Jacaranda, Estate Nairobi.

Siaya Senator James Orengo and his Machakos counterpart Johnson Muthama reported having lost their phones soon after the coalition's presidential candidate Raila Odinga was cleared to vie for the presidency by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

The two had gone to City Hall to change their outfits as they proceeded to the main event in Nairobi's Eastlands area.

Soon after, co-principal Musalia Mudavadi who is the coalition's Chief Campaigner also discovered that he had lost his phone as well.

The leaders then appealed to their supporters to return the stolen gadgets to no avail.

By evening, unconfirmed reports indicated that Ford-Kenya party leader and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula also lost his phone as he made his way through the crowds.

The politicians were not alone in the unfortunate incidents as Citizen TV reporters who covered the event also lost their phones.
