Kiprono Kittony Appointed Vice Chairman of World Chambers Federation (WCF) a Forum Under the International Chamber of Commerce

Founder of the Radio Africa Group Mr Kiprono Kittony has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the World Chambers Federation (WCF), a forum under the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC).

Mr Kittony, who is the President of the Kenya Chamber of Commerce, received the appointment during the World Trade Agenda Day held Nairobi on Wednesday.

He went on to share the news in a tweet where he also expressed gratitude at the high honour. Here is the tweet.

The International Chamber of Commerce is a non-political and non-governmental organization that helps businesses of all sizes and in all countries to operate both internationally and responsibly.

The WCF is a global forum within the ICC organization that brings together the worldwide network of 12,000 chambers and their respective business communities.

Mr Kittony is the son of retired politician and nominated Senator Zipporah Kittony and is also an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

He is also the CEO of Capital Realtime Limited which is one of the major Safaricom dealerships in the country working with M-Pesa and airtime.

He is also a philanthropist who also mentors youth through the Green Horn Mentorship venture and AIESEC.
