National Super Alliance (NASA) principal Musalia Mudavadi has revealed that President Uhuru Kenyatta's younger brother Muhoho Kenyatta is linked to Al Ghurair Print and Publishing Company Limited of Dubai.
Mr Mudavadi further alleged that the Dubai firm's Chief Executive Officer, Aziz Al Ghurair, is a close friend of the Kenyatta family who frequents Mr Muhoho's home.
Backed by fellow principal Moses Wetangula and Siaya Senator James Orengo, the leaders asked President Kenyatta to come clean on his ties with the company.
"We want President Uhuru Kenyatta to come clean on his and his family’s links with the Dubai firm and state his interests in the contract that the firm was awarded.
The interest, in our view, is clear. The President and his Jubilee team are looking for a firm that can supply extra ballots secretly as was the case in 2013," Mr Mudavadi urged.
The leaders claim that President Kenyatta has met with Mr Ghurair on two separate occassions, once in Dubai and the second time in Nairobi.
Details further show that the CEO was part of a delegation from Dubai that visited the President at State House late last year.
The NASA leaders, however, failed to substanitiate their claims saying that they only received information on the details from a source.
