The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has announced that one of its ICT managers has gone missing just 8 days to the election.
The manager, Mr Chris Msando served as the deputy ICT Director.
In a tweet, the electoral body noted that the official went missing on Friday and that they had engaged the police and the family to establish his whereabouts.

Mr Msando's disappearance is a blow to IEBC as he was expected to lead a demonstration on Monday on how transmission of results would be done during the elections.
