Supreme Court proceedings on Tuesday featured a light moment after one of President Uhuru Kenyatta's lawyers took the floor in making a case for the President.
Ms Melissa Ngania, who appeared to assist Lead Counsel Fred Ngatia, quickly earned the respect of Justice Njoki Ndung'u based on her age.
The petitioners, National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka through their lawyer, Senator James Orengo, had complained of an observed huge difference between the number of votes cast for the presidential election as opposed to those cast for other elective posts.
While responding to accusations, Mr Ngatia wrongfully referred to a PowerPoint presentation as "video", an oversight Justice Ndung'u took issue with.
"Just a clarification, Mr Ngatia and Mr Ahmednasir, you described what we last watched as a video.
"For the record, I don't think that is the description. Perhaps you're grey head and perhaps you are not dotcom. Perhaps the dotcom member of your team can properly describe what is it that was presented, for the record," Justice Ndung'u quipped.

Ms Ngania then rose to respond to the judge, stating: "That was the graphical representation of the votes cast in all the positions that were sought for elections on the eighth of August. It was a graphical representation."
The young lady was admitted to the bar in 2011 and currently works with Wairegi Gatetua & Associates having formerly worked with Havi & Company Advocates.
Her former mentor, Lawyer Nelson Havi, and others were quick to applaud Ms Ngania after her presentation at the Supreme Court.
