Celebrated media personality Caroline Mutoko has advised Opposition leader Raila Odinga to fire some people if he wants to win the new presidential election set for October.
Ms Mutoko opined that Odinga's strategy team had failed him miserably in the August polls and he needs to send them home if he wants to stand any chance of defeating President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"You need to relook your strategy team. Your team did not deliver.
"As you go into this phase, you need to send some people home," she stated.
The former radio presenter also took time to laud Odinga's efforts in ensuring democracy prevails in Kenya.
Mutoko stated that the NASA leader had 'firewalled' the country's democracy through his constant battles in court, not forgetting his days in detention.
"He has firewalled our democracy and systems.
"If you remember him for nothing because you are die hard, then you need to re-think... everything he has done has fixed loopholes in our democracy," Mutoko stated.
She added that the nation was enjoying lots of freedom due to some of his efforts in the past.
"We stand where we are because of him (Raila). He has done his bit to get us here," she stated.
