Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar Mocks Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka

Former Wiper Democratic Movement Secretary General Hassan Omar has revealed that his former party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is indecisive and lacks a political stand.

Speaking during a press briefing in Mombasa on Monday, Omar stated that he resigned from Wiper because the leadership lacked direction.

"Their leadership is weak, meek, unfocused and fluid," stated Omar in response to Wiper leaders who accused him of not delivering votes in August elections.

He added that he was not sure whether Mr Musyoka supported him or Mombasa governor Hassan Joho in the August elections and claimed he was duped.

"You do not know what he stands for. He even meets with people who oppose us. What is wrong with him? How foolish does he think we are?" he asked.

Omar added that he knew the best party to join but did not reveal his next move.

He, however, reiterated that he would not re-join Wiper maintaining that he had already been fooled.

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me," he stated.

Omar, who was contesting for Mombasa governorship also revealed that he would challenge Joho's victory in court as he was not elected fairly adding that his (Joho's) wrong deeds would eventually catch up with him.
