President Uhuru Kenyatta Reveals What He Will Do if Raila Odinga is Elected President

President Uhuru Kenyatta has announced what he will do if Opposition leader Raila Odinga is elected President in the October election.

Addressing Ukambani leaders at State House, Nairobi President Kenyatta stated that Jubilee had the numbers in both houses and if Mr Odinga is elected in October, they will impeach him.

"Even if he is elected we will remove him within two months. We have the numbers. Truth should be told," President Kenyatta stated.

He faulted Mr Odinga for forcing the country to go back to an election noting that it was a waste of Sh14 Billion that would have otherwise been used in other development projects.

"How will Raila lead without the majority in the houses. We have just wasted Ksh14B with an unnecessary poll," he stated.

Regarding threats by Opposition Members of Parliament to boycott the Tuesday sitting where the President is scheduled to address both houses, The Head of State dared the legislators to proceed with their threat.

"Well done, boycott and you will see us open Parliament and start passing bills.

"NASA MPs boycotting parliament will not make a difference. We can pass bills without them. Please boycott parliament. All we want is peace and it's your constituents who will lose," he stated.

The President thanked all leaders who have decided to work with Jubilee adding that those who didn't win will collectively form the government.

President Kenyatta made the remarks after being endorsed by a group of Kamba leaders led by former Kitui Senator David Musila, Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua among others.
