Raila Odinga Won August Election - Miguna Miguna

Former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna has claimed that National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga won the August 8 General Election.

Miguna based his argument on the fact that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto have been showing panic ever since the nullification of the Presidential elections.

"Based on the unprecedented panic President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto have exhibited, I BELIEVE THAT Raila Odinga won on August 8th," he posted on his Twitter account.

Miguna's sentiments came as a surprise considering that ever since he fell out with the former Prime Minister, he (Miguna) has constantly criticised Odinga and his team for lack of strategy.

The barrister observed that the numbers that were displayed on the IEBC portal during transmission of results defied statistics and were clearly doctored.

He has continuously reiterated that the election was rigged and was firmly behind the Supreme Court's nullification of the presidential poll.

Miguna also took a swipe at the President and his Deputy Ruto saying,"When you see an ILLEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT hold demonstrations against the #Judiciary - an arm of government - know that it has SURRENDERED."

He also questioned why Jubilee supporters were not contained by police during their demonstrations outside Supreme Court yet force was used on NASA supporters who challenged President Kenyatta's victory in August.
