Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has been warned that the man who will set him up is right within his political party.
Babu, who is allied to the National Super Alliance (NASA), was yesterday released after spending two days in police cells but was re-arrested just a few minutes after he had deposited bail to secure his release.
Former Kiss 100 Radio presenter Caroline Mutoko sent the legislator a deep message warning him that he should be more careful with his utterances and avoid touching on the families of his political rivals.
"Do not look over your shoulder thinking Jubilee Party is going to fix you. That is not going to happen.
"You will be fixed by somebody in your own party," stated Mutoko.
This comes in the wake of Babu's utterances that seemed to refer to the President in a derogatory manner.
Owino was first arrested on Monday after calling President Uhuru Kenyatta "mtoto wa mbwa" during a NASA rally in Kawangware, Nairobi.
He was on Tuesday charged with subversion and offensive conduct, as well as an alternative charge of incitement to violence.
"It does not matter which political party you are in, there's a line you do not cross," added Mutoko.
She further advised him to borrow a leaf from Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho who constantly attacks Kenyatta but never attacks the President's family.
"You don't know where you will be politically this time next year or in five months.
"I am not nervous for you for what you said, I am nervous for you because of what it means for your livelihood," remarked the celebrated media personality.
