The High Court on Monday delivered its first ruling in a case against Kisumu Senator Fred Outa and former Deputy Governor Ruth Odinga after they were accused of disrupting IEBC trainings in the County.
The Kericho High Court released the two leaders on a Sh500,000 personal bond each.
Ms Odinga and Senator Outa were facing four charges including; entering an electoral center designated to IEBC without authority, obstructing an electoral officer from conducting his lawful duties, incitement to violence and malicious damage to property.

Earlier today, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) ordered for the immediate prosecution of the duo for attacking IEBC officials.
In a letter to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the DPP stated that he had sufficient evidence to warrant prosecution of the two and their accomplices.
Last week, training of polling officials in the County was disrupted and property of unknown value destroyed.
This is after the two vowed to thwart any attempts by the electoral commission to oversee the fresh presidential election scheduled for October 26.
They stated that nobody should take up IEBC jobs or offer any services to the poll agency until there are electoral reforms to enhance a credible poll.
“We are saying no reforms, no elections. Anybody planning to continue with those seminars is not welcome here. There will be no elections on October 26," Ms Odinga announced.

So far, the police have managed to arrest and charge three politicians over the attack on the IEBC training center.
