Passaris Humiliates 5 Presidential Candidates [VIDEO]

Nairobi County Woman Representative Esther Passaris on Sunday humiliated 5 Presidential candidates who contested against President Uhuru Kenyatta in the repeat Presidential election terming their candidature an embarrassment.

Speaking to KTN News during the Weekend Express Show, Passaris noted that the Presidential election was a two horse race featuring President Kenyatta and Opposition Leader Raila Odinga.

" It was a two-horse race, it was between Raila and Uhuru. The others even right now it is an embarrassment.

"You compare apples to apples, you can't compare apples to potatoes. The others were Presidential candidates but were written off in the first round," she stated.

The candidates who competed against President Kenyatta include; Thirdway Alliance Party Leader Ekuru Aukot, Independent Candidates; Joseph Nyagah, Japheth Kaluyu, Prof Michael Wainaina and Abduba Dida of Alliance for Real Change.

Regarding the way forward after the election, the Nairobi Woman Rep noted that if the IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati decided to call the election, there were a few cases at the Supreme Court that would be heard adding that what was important at the moment is to let students undertake their National exams.

She also hit out at Mr Chebukati for not being categorical with the numbers adding that a clear system should be put up to enhance credibility in terms of the exact number of people who voted and result transmission and verification.

Meanwhile, the Opposition is set to make a major announcement on Monday regarding the next move after boycotting the Thursday election.

Speaking from Kibera in Nairobi, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader observed that the electorate of Kenya had heeded NASA's call to boycott the presidential election.

"Even in Gatundu there were no voters. Kenyans heeded NASA's call to boycott the elections and that is why on Monday I shall make a major announcement to tell all of you the way forward.

"I told you there are many ways to kill a cat and Jubilee is a wild cat that has eaten all the chicks," Mr Odinga conveyed.
