Miguna Miguna Announces New Date For Raila's Return to Kenya

Self-proclaimed Head of Operations for the National Super Alliance's (NASA) Resistance Movement, Miguna Miguna, has announced that Raila Odinga will jet back to Kenya from the United States on Friday, and not Thursday as previously stated.

Miguna had earlier divulged that NASA supporters from across the country would be in Nairobi in their millions on Thursday to welcome Odinga.

In a tweet, he called on NASA supporters to show up at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to receive the former Prime Minister.

He, however, did not state the NASA leader's estimated time of arrival.

His comments were backed by Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi, who also took to social media to state that millions of NASA supporters would be in Nairobi to welcome their leader.

Mr Wandayi went on to 'declare' the day a public holiday.

He stated: "Get ready for a day like no other when Baba returns from the US later this week and Kenyan patriots in their millions assemble to welcome him from the airport. It will mark the launch of the final onslaught against impunity. It will be a public holiday!"

Mr Odinga travelled to the US on November 7th where he met various leaders.

He also gave a talk at the Centre for Security and International Studies (CSIS), where he dismissed the October 26 election as a sham.

The NASA leader claimed that the Jubilee administration was trying to install a dictatorship in the country by all means.
