Strathmore Lecturer Arrested After Wife's Murder

Dr Fred Ogola, a senior lecturer at Strathmore Business School, has been arrested in connection with his wife's murder.

His wife was found dead at their Lavington home in Nairobi.

The couple reportedly engaged in a heated argument concerning a phone.

Dr Ogola has served in various capacities at Strathmore University and is the Academic Director MBA Programs.

He is also the Director of the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness and a Senior Lecturer of Strategy and Decision Making.

He also sits on the Arch Diocese of Nairobi Health Board.

Dr Ogola was also a consultant who worked with some of East Africa's biggest organizations.

Late last year, police arrested a man linked to the murder of a woman he met on Facebook.

Richard Nyakina was arrested by officers from the Special Crimes Prevention Unit who believe he is responsible for the murder of Lydia Nyaboke.

He was arrested in Kisii after meeting the deceased in Nairobi.
