2 Benefits NASA Received From Secret Talks With Jubilee - Khalwale

Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale on Tuesday revealed that the National Super Alliance (NASA) got two benefits from holding secret talks with the Jubilee Party.

In a series of tweets, Khalwale explained that one of the benefits was Jubilee supporting Kennedy Musyoka (Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka's son) and former MP Oburu Odinga, an elder brother of Opposition Leader Raila Odinga to EALA.

Secondly, the ex-Senator stated that the recent move by Jubilee to support the late Francis Nyenze's wife, Edith Nyenze, for the Kitui West Parliamentary seat was another product of the talks.

According to him, the move by Jubilee to support the Opposition was not by chance but as a result of the ongoing talks.

"All this is not due to divine intervention but dialogue. Period," Khalwale opined.

Responding to an attack from self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement (NRM) general Miguna Miguna, Khalwale urged the vocal politician to stop sideshows and embrace dialogue.

"Stop theatrics and bring the people's agenda on the national table of brotherhood and dialogue," he posted.

On Monday, Miguna launched an attack on Khalwale over his recent calls for dialogue between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Odinga.

In a tweet, the former Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant questioned why the ex-Senator had shifted his focus from swearing-in to calling for dialogue.

The vocal politician noted that Dr Khalwale had been with them when the calls for the inauguration of Odinga commenced and questioned if his silence on the matter could be due to ugali.
