National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka should quit embarrassing themselves with swearing-in plans, former legislator Fred Gumo has stated.
The former Westlands Member of Parliament (MP) explained that the swearing-in would be a shame because the two leaders will not have instruments of power.
Mr Gumo further advised the two leaders to learn from Uganda's Kizza Besigye who swore himself in as President after a 2016 election.
"What next after swearing in? Will Raila go to State House?

"NASA leaders and their supporters should learn from Uganda’s opposition leader Kizza Besigye who, in 2016, swore himself in after a disputed election. Where did Besigye go after swearing himself in? He is not the President and we all know that. NASA should stop their plan," the ex-MP explained.
He also laughed off NASA supporters who have previously handed Mr Odinga a Bible in a bid to prompt him to take the oath.
"The people doing that don’t understand what the exercise means.
"NASA advisers are destroying the two Opposition leaders. They know the exercise is a mere waste of time yet they insist on it. Let them stop misleading Kenyans and face reality," Mr Gumo outlined.
The former ODM parliamentarian urged Kenyans not to turn up for the swearing-in ceremony slated for January 30.
Mr Gumo defected from the Orange party in 2017 and joined the Jubilee party even as his son's attempt to become MCA failed.
