Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi on Friday advised on 15 Judges who can perform the swearing-in of National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga.
Through his Twitter account, Mr Ahmednasir noted that only an illegitimate judge could swear in an illegitimate President (referring to Mr Odinga) and as such, he had listed over 15 who could do preside over the ceremony.
"If Raila wants to swear himself for whatever position/title he desires, I can recommend over 15 judges who were axed by the judiciary for corruption and the other related vices.
"Only an illegitimate judge should swear an illegitimate President," he tweeted.

Earlier on Friday, Chief Justice David Maraga's office denied writing a letter warning the NASA leader against proceeding with his swearing-in plan.
Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, the CJ's Secretary stated that the letter was not official and the letterhead was not the Judiciary's.
"We have also seen the letter this morning. We did not write it and the letterhead is not ours.
"We are awaiting official communication from Maraga," she stated.
According to the letter which circulated online, President Uhuru Kenyatta is the validly elected President and any other event planned to swear in someone else is illegal.
"As per the Supreme Court ruling on 20th of November 2017, Uhuru Kenyatta is the validly elected President of the Republic of Kenya and the Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces.
"...any other event advertised as having been planned for the same will be illegal and an attempt to unseat a legitimate government, which would amount to treason," read the letter in part.
