President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday lined up together with other African heads of state to greet Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
During the African Union Peace and Security meeting, a photo emerged showing Egyptian President Al-Sisi, South African President Jacob Zuma and President Kenyatta exchanging pleasantries as they waited to greet Buhari.
Muhammad Buhari has been ailing since 2017 and was even absent for more than three months to receive treatment in London.
At the event, President Buhari held bilateral meetings with some of his colleagues on issues of common interests.
