Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino been ordered to apologise to Interior CS Fred Matiang'i ahead of NASA's planned rally in Kisii.
On Tuesday, a group of youths held protests in Kisii Town against remarks made by Mr Owino.
This comes after the legislator referred to Matiang'i as a dead person, comments that did not go down well with residents of the area.
The youths have now told Babu that if he does not apologise to the CS, they will disrupt NASA's rally scheduled for the weekend.

“He (Owino) must respect our son. The entire nation knows how and why President Uhuru Kenyatta assigned Matiangi the interior docket,” stated one of the protesters.
Last week, the MP released a statement alleging that he could not leave Parliament Buildings for fear of being arrested.
During the press briefing with journalists, Babu maintained that police had been stationed outside parliament waiting for him even after he was granted anticipatory bail by a Court of Law.
He urged the government to refrain from arresting Opposition leaders until the court finds them guilty.
His election as MP is also in murky waters as the High Court on Monday ordered for a recount and scrutiny of all votes cast in Embakasi East parliamentary race.
The court, through Justice Francis Tuiyot, delivered the ruling in a petition filed by Jubilee's Francis Mureithi challenging the election of Babu.
Mureithi had told the court that the forms were not legible, making it difficult to determine whether the results in Forms 35A corresponded with those in Form 35B.
Through lawyer Ham Lagat, Mureithi also told the court that there were errors in Form 35B.
