Here is Proof Wiper Party is Working with Jubilee - NASA MP

National Super Alliance (NASA) Member of Parliament (MP) Godfrey Osotsi on Wednesday produced proof which he claims shows that Wiper Party, under the leadership of Kalonzo Musyoka, is working with Jubilee.

The nominated MP cited the controversial nomination of Wiper Party's Ben Momanyi to the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) substituting Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo, who had been earlier proposed by NASA.

He stated this after National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale forwarded the name of the Borabu MP and not Mutula's. Osotsi termed this as a clear sign that "Wiper had jumped to bed with Jubilee."

Momanyi's nomination had sparked protests from Minority Leader John Mbadi who maintained that Momanyi’s name was not on the list NASA forwarded.

“The communication from the minority can only be done by me. No other person can purport to communicate NASA coalition decisions,” Mbadi noted.

The ANC MP further called for the restructuring of the NASA coalition through the replacement of its top leaders with younger ones.

"For NASA to be redeemed, it needs to start from square one, with new ideas, leadership and new strategies," he told The Star.

Defending this move, he noted that the Alliance ought to be re-branded so that it counters the Jubilee Party during the 2022 General election on a clean slate.

The ANC lawmaker also addressed the Party's plan to punish him alongside Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala who are considered rebels within the party.

He argued that Mudavadi's call to discipline the duo over their conduct is a strategy meant to divert attention from the fact that he skipped Raila Odinga's swearing-in.

"Those are empty threats. All he is now trying is to divert the attention from the agitation of their supporters," he stated.
