Interior CS Fred Matiang'i Warns Police Against Airing Their Grievances on Social Media

Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i warned police officers against raising complaints through social media.

Speaking on Tuesday while visiting Githumu police station in Kandara sub-county the Interior CS encouraged the security forces to use channels provided by the police service.

The Interior ministry affirmed that it is digitising the credentials of all police officers to avoid payment variations for those in the same organization.

Dr Matiang'i noted that the move will help resolve the human resource issues being experienced in the service.
