National Resistance Movement (NRM-K) self-proclaimed general Miguna Miguna on Friday stated that National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga ought to be arrested and detained by the Jubilee administration.
In a thread of statements directed at Mr Odinga, Miguna wondered why he has been persecuted by the government for commissioning an oath to a man who according to him, "left him out in the cold and abandoned his initial call for electoral justice," yet the Opposition supremo is still enjoying his rights as a Kenyan citizen.
Miguna exclaimed: "To Raila Odinga: If I committed TREASON for swearing you in, why haven't you been arrested, detained and exiled like me? Why haven't I been taken to court? If your HANDCHEQUE with Uhuru Kenyatta seeks to "reconcile" Kenyans, why am I not in Kenya? Be honest with Kenyans."

Miguna also condemned the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader for claiming to acknowledge Mr Kenyatta as the 'legitimate' president yet he swore himself as the People's President on January 30, 2018.
"When I COMMISSIONED your Oath of Office as The People's President at Uhuru Park on January 30, 2018, did I do so as a Kenyan and a Commissioner for Oaths in Kenya? Why did you take the oath if you believed as you now claim that Uhuru Kenyatta was a "legitimate" president?
"Why did you sacrifice so many lives if all along you wanted to concede, surrender and recognise the person who had stolen your victory and killed and maimed more than 500 of your supporters? Why?" the Canada based barrister wondered.
The outspoken leader further urged Odinga to respond to the questions he asked publicly.
Additionally, Miguna criticised him for what he termed as 'hypocrisy' acts since he promised the people of Ahero that he would use the newfound unity deal with the Head of State to secure Miguna's entry back to the country yet he hasn't.
"On March 16, 2018, at Ahero Town and Kisumu City, you (Raila Odinga) told thousands of #NRMKe supporters that " Dr. Miguna Miguna will be back home on March 26th, thanks to the handshake." What are you now telling them? Why haven't you condemned Uhuru Kenyatta for violating my rights, destroying my house, detaining me incommunicado, torturing, sedating and forcefully removing me from Kenya?
"My sacrifices and fearlessness on January 30, 2018, were for electoral and social justice for all Kenyans. They were for justice for MSANDO, Baby PENDO, Moraa NYRARANGI, Master MUTINDA & thousands who have died senselessly. It wasn't in aid of your PERSONAL INTERESTS," Miguna further affirmed to Mr Odinga.
