Nairobians Devise Clever Way to Report their Problems to Governor Mike Sonko

The myriad of challenges facing Nairobians saw them find an innovative way to reach out to Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.

Drawing from the recent #IfikieWazazi saga that saw tweeps reach out to parents to reprimand their wayward children, Kenyans on Thursday took to Twitter under the #IfikieSonko tagline.

In a series of trending messages, the netizens reminded the County Boss of all the things they thought were going South in the city and required his immediate attention.

Moreover, the city residents reminded Sonko of the promises he made during the campaigns and their frustration on their unmet expectations.

Another group, however, felt that the county chief should expedite the process of nominating his deputy following the resignation of Polycarp Igathe on January 12, 2018.

In their view, this would help in solving out the challenges facing Nairobi County and delivering better services to the residents.
