City Lawyer Ahmednasir, Boniface Mwangi Engage in Fierce Twitter Fight

Activist Boniface Mwangi shamed senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi over his acquisition of wealth claiming that he has enriched himself from working for corrupt politicians.

According to the former Starehe MP aspirant, Ahmednasir is an advocate who only represents the people who have committed crimes against humanity.

Their twitter spat started after Mr Mwangi posted a photo of himself together with American actor Tracy Marrow at an airport captioning, "Look who l bumped into at JFK airport? Ice T @FINALLEVEL. We were on the same NewYork-Amsterdam flight. My generation knows him as a rapper and the younger generation know him as NYPD Detective on the police drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. – at Gate B22."

In response, the senior counsel questioned Mwangi how he was able to pay for his ticket alleging that a donor had paid for him.

"Did you pay for the ticket and your upkeep with your own money or did a benevolent donor pay for You?" Ahmednasir wondered.

In his defense, Mwangi exclaimed: "I see you have decided to troll me. Does my success hurt you? I paid for my own ticket. You see, unlike you who works for the corrupt and land grabbers in this country, some of us earn our living honestly. With all your corruption money, you lack class!

"If you’re a pirate, a big thief, a land grabber or you just want to launder ill-gotten wealth, #SubremeGoat lawyer is the to go to guy. He loves haram cash. Ama namna gani @ahmednasirlaw?" the outspoken activist added.

The Senior Counsel equally punched back at the activist as he mentioned: "He pontificates from a moral high ground grounded on total hubris when we know that the only thing he does very well is to write a one page letter for donor funding begging for some money so that he "hires pigs and donkeys" for a one day PR show in the streets of the city."

Kenyans also condemned Ahmednasir for belittling Mwangi over his activism asserting that had the Supreme Court not been there he wouldn't be among the wealthy people in the country.

Others also criticised both leaders calling on them to stop the fight and emulate President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition leader Raila Odinga's newly found unity pact.

One user acclaimed: "When will this Twitter war between @bonifacemwangi & @ahmednasirlaw stop? Learn from @UKenyatta and @RailaOdinga who are now at peace with each other after the #Handshake. PEACE "
