National Resistance Movement (NRM-K) self-declared general Miguna Miguna on Saturday divulged that Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohamed was allegedly involved in the National Youth Service (NYS)scandal.
Posting on his Twitter, Miguna affirmed that Kenyans ought to be vigilant to have all those involved in the various scandals named despite them being in the ruling party or the opposition party.
According to the outspoken leader, the legislator's companies also received millions from the government agency.
The Canada-based barrister exclaimed: "The MP for Suna East, @JunetMohamed's companies Zeigham Enterprises Limited and Fahaza Limited received Kshs. 129 million of the #NYSscandal loot. When patriots declare to #STOPTheseTHIEVES, they mean both @JubileePartyK and @CoalitionNASAKe racketeers. Where are the handcuffs?"

When a netizen asked if Miguna could authenticate the allegations, the leader mentioned: " My statement has the name of the person who owns the companies, the names of the companies, the amount of money Junet stole and from where he stole it from. What else do you need? Stop being a desperate cartel sympathiser."
Miguna went ahead to state: "The NYS is not surrounded by scandals. The NYS is just the tip of the iceberg. Thieves are stealing all public resources."
His statement comes in the wake of President Uhuru Kenyatta's directive for all government officials and public servants to undergo a lifestyle audit.
Speaking in Mombasa on Thursday, Uhuru reiterated his commitment to seeing graft eradicated in the country.
He declared that he would be the first to undergo a lifestyle audit followed by Ruto and all other government officials would then follow suit.
"We will conduct a lifestyle audit for all public servants beginning with myself as a step towards fighting corruption," a tweet shared by the Office of the President read shortly after he made the remarks.
