The Senate Majority Leader hit back at Twitter users who were promoting a hashtag #WeKnowYourSalary as a way of advocating for a lifestyle audit of politicians.

Murkomen attempted to school the trolls on how wealth is created dismissing the possibility of getting rich out of one's monthly salary.

The crackdown led to the arrest of 30 supermarket attendants who were caught in Ol Kalau repacking sugar in sacks labelled "Note for Sale. For industrial use only".

"The bags are clearly labelled for industrial use only. That is why we have decided to take over the premises until investigations are done," stated Danson Nduri, Central Regional CID.

Web users were curious over the Meteorological Department forecast that predicted a cold spell over the next three months.
