Ahmednasir Adresses President Uhuru and DP Ruto’s Separation Reports

Controversial city lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has come out to address claims that Jubilee Party is falling apart from within.

Ahmednasir spoke after claims emerged that Ruto allies had formed two new political parties that are not affiliated to Jubilee.

Through his social media account, he mentioned that he was ready to draw a separation agreement between President Uhuru Kenyatta and His Deputy William Ruto.

Citing that the two government heads know and trust him, he mentioned that he was the best qualified individual to draft such an agreement.

The senior Counsel noted that separation is the right way to go if the two are experiencing irreconcilable conflicts.

He stated that they cannot ‘divorce’ under the constitution for they were elected jointly but they could part ways politically.

He indicated that this move would help the two Jubilee principals to focus on their personal agendas without distraction from the other.

“I can draw the agreement so that HE Uhuru can concentrate on delivering the big four agenda and Hon Ruto on 2022,” he stated

The registrar of political parties Lucy Ndung’u confirmed that she had issued certificates of registration for two new political parties.

The parties associated with Rift Valley politicians were identified as United Green Party (UGP) and Grand Dream Development Party (GDDP).

This has been seen as a retaliation for President Uhuru’s lifestyle audit order which the politicians from Ruto’s camp described as an attempt to detract Ruto.

1. Nothing wrong with a political divorce if the difference btw the spouses become "irreconcilable". But H.E Uhuru and DP Ruto can't divorce constitutional as they were jointly elected...but they can separate and lead different political lifes...you just need a good lawyer... pic.twitter.com/QIEDMoIu81

2...to take care of the fine details of the separation agreement. As someone who knows both and whom both trust, I can draw such an agreement...so that HE UHURU concentrates on delivering the big 4 agenda and Hon Ruto on 2022...and beyond @WehliyeMohamed @DonaldBKipkorir
