"It is time to call out those fighting the lifestyle audit for leaders and civil servants because this is the only to correct mistakes that have caused Kenyans to suffer," Kabando noted.

The MPs further pledged their support for the efforts by Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta to unite the country as a result of the handshake.

Terming the goodwill by the two leaders as important for Mt Kenya's future, Jamleck promised: "we must join the two leaders in nation building".

The leaders equally stamped their commitment to join the President and the Opposition in the ongoing war against corruption.

"We want to also want to say it here. Mr President, crack the whip, be merciless, purge the government of merchants of impunity and barons of corruption," he quipped.

According to Kabando Kabando, the group will delegate a special team to consolidate their efforts in supporting the handshake and the nine-point agenda.
