Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga on Wednesday responded to speculations that there was a looming cabinet reshuffle as a result of the unity deal between him and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The ODM party leader addressed the suspicions that he was in talks with the Head of State to have more new faces in Uhuru's cabinet in the spirit of the handshake.
Mr Odinga dismissed the suspicions noting he had no role to play in making changes in cabinet, should there be any reshuffles.

Speaking to the press at Orange House, the opposition leader also refuted allegations that he would together with President Kenyatta make a joint tour to Nyanza.
He termed the reports as inaccurate information that had emerged from sections of the local media.
Raila made the remarks after meeting ODM officials over the forthcoming Migori County by-election, where they ironed out differences emerging from the party's decision to declare Ochillo Ayacko as their ticket holder.
This came a few hours after the President announced having nominated former Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno as a member of the Salaries and Remunerations Commission(SRC).
Otieno had been deemed the toughest opponent in the Migori Senate and was expected to stage a heated up contest with Ochillo Ayacko both of whom are former Rongo MPs.
Earlier, Ayacko had turned down an ambassadorial appointment by president Kenyatta to go for the Senate seat under the ODM ticket, while Otieno has reportedly embraced the appointment to SRC having formed the commission while serving as Minister for Public Service.
Mr Odinga and the President were reported to have held a closed-door meeting at the coast which formed the basis of the claims that cut Kenyatta's schedule.
The president on Tuesday told a headteachers' conference at the coast that his stay in the region had opened avenues for numerous suspicions forcing him to travel back to Nairobi in a bid to curb the mounting claims.
On Tuesday, Kisumu County government released a statement debunking facts about the anticipated visit by president Kenyatta.
Governor Anyang Nyong'o had through his press unit stated that his office was not aware of any planned visit by the President.
