Capital FM Photojournalist Francis Mbatha Reported Missing

Capital FM fraternity on Tuesday sent an appeal to the public seeking help in finding on one their colleagues who had been reported missing.

The media house announced that their photojournalist Francis Mbatha was missing.

Mr Mbatha reportedly left his home in King’eero last Monday night and has not been seen since that night.

The 35-year-old had been at work but he's said to have left home that evening after work and has not returned.

Mbatha's phone signal was last traced in Mombasa and efforts to trace him have not been fruitful.

More journalists have moved online in an efforts to spread the word about his disappearance with his colleagues hoping he'd be found safe.

 "My colleague and good friend Mbatha. We miss you so much. I know God is with you and you will be found," wrote Muthoni Njuki on social media.

Mbatha is 5'3FT tall, with brown eyes.
