In the clip, the DP is seen joining politicians in a dance before breaking away from the crowd.
Webuye West MP Dan Wanyama is seen cheering Ruto as he pranced next to some church members who were dressed in white regalia.
Ruto was the guest of honour at the function which had been organized by Kakamega Salvation Army Church.
He was accompanied by several politicians including; Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu, Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka, former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale.
MPs Didmus Barasa (Kimilili), John Walukhe (Sirisia), Benjamin Washiali (Mumias East) were also present.
It's not the first time that Ruto has impressed Kenyans with his smooth dance moves.
In 2018, the DP made headlines after a video that showed him trying out the popular Odi dance emerged.
He looked elated as joined some young people on stage during the Run for the Bibleless event that was held at Uhuru Park.
