Jeff Koinange Reunites With Miguna Miguna in US

A year since Citizen TV news anchor Jeff Koinange exclusively covered the dramatic deportation of lawyer Miguna Miguna, the two have met yet again in Washington DC, US.

Taking to social media, the lawyer expressed his delight as he hinted he would be featured on Wednesday's JKL show.

"Look at who I bumped into in Washington, DC, earlier today, and recruited into the National Revolutionary Movement of Kenya (NRMKe).

"Watch out for tomorrow's #JKLive #JKL. Viva! Jeff Koinange," Miguna posted.

His fans also expressed their excitement at the news.

"For sure MM you have a big heart, I am sure you are ready to forgive every soul that tortured you. If you can hug and laugh with JK then the tyrants have a space in your heart," Robert Gai stated.

"We've missed the queen's English while you were away. Kenya was sold to the highest bidder," Ken Gathu weighed in.

In an exclusive story done by Citizen Digital at the time of the deportation, the news anchor noted that he had booked Emirates EK722 unsuspecting that chaos would ensue in the flight.

He added that he was headed to Hamburg, Germany, for the induction of an endorsement deal.

Miguna Miguna was arrested, detained and eventually deported following a mock oath of the Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga.
