Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, on Saturday, engaged with the women and youth in his constituency in a celebratory dance.
While holding a meeting at Utawala area, the first time MP took the time to get up close with his constituents.
He took to the dance floor after distributing flour and engaging the residents on matters table banking.
In the clip, Babu Owino is seen high-fiving the excited women as they try to make contact with him.
As some manage to dance with his for a moment, others take the opportunity to hug the legislator expressing their gratitude.
Some commotion can be witnessed as each tries to hold his hand which he raises in delight.
He makes his way through the crowd making time for the women to enjoy the dance as one even manages to twirl with the MP.
One woman can be seen scrambling for a selfie which Babu obliges and poses for the photo.
During an earlier interview with K24TV's Betty Kyallo, the legislator confessed that he takes his elevation to the legislative seat as a blessing from God where he serves the people.
He even opened a business for a single mother by giving her a business after she made a public plea to him.
