Sonko Offers Ksh 100K to Help Nab These Thugs [VIDEO]

Nairobi governor, Mike Mbuvi Sonko has offered a reward cash price of Ksh 100,000 to anyone who sees two thugs who were caught on camera stealing from an MPESA shop.

In the video posted by the governor, one of the thugs enters the MPESA shop and uses a hammer to break a glass that separates the clients from the agent.

Behind him, walks the other thug, who startles a woman to the point that she hides under the chairs.

Afterwards, they steal money from the cash boxes and walk out of the shop.

On his Facebook page, the Nairobi governor asserted that the thugs would be brought to book.

"WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE!!! We are constantly urging the youth to surrender all their fire arms to the police but seems there are those that are not getting the message.

They think they must earn a living by terrorising Nairobi residents. I wish to categorically state that thugs will not be condoned in Nairobi county," the governor captioned the video.

He added that anyone who would find them would be rewarded wholesomely.

"I'm appealing to anybody who can identify these thugs and who shall give information that will assist the police arrest them to report to the nearest police station.

Reward of Ksh 100,000 shall be given for correction information," he posed.
