Information about radio presenter Andrew Kibe's past life, has surfaced since he appeared in an interview on Citizen TV, on Friday.
During the interview, Kibe presented some very radical views about friendship, which made Kenyans curious about his private life.
Revelations then emerged that Kibe, who has since denounced Christianity in many of his videos, was indeed a spiritual church member.
The images which went viral on social media show the radio host in prayer and alongside other clergymen including celebrity pastor and image consultant Robert Burale.
"I have known Kibe for almost 25 years. He is my childhood friend. Our families know each other. In our younger days, we were in a group called KOJARKS.
"We were young men crazy about fashion. I once served in a church called Faith Chapel in Lang'ata and Kibe was a member there as well," Burale told Kenyans.co.ke.
The KOJARKS name was formed by combining the initials of the names of the group's members.
Another of the photos that went viral, shows Kibe at former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's office.
Kenyans also discovered that the controversial entertainer had also tried to pursue politics.
In 2013, he unsuccessfully threw his hat in the ring, seeking to represent Lang'ata Constituency, on a United Democratic Front Party (UDF) ticket.
A photo seen by Kenyans.co.ke shows Kibe standing next to a high-end vehicle, branded with his campaign material.
Netizens were also surprised by an unidentified female, who appeared in two of Kibe's past photos, making Kenyans believe that they might have had a romantic relationship.
This is in deep contrast to the media personality's current position on relationships. Kibe has appeared in many videos trashing romance.
