How Mudavadi Met His Wife at School Function [VIDEO]

During an interview conducted by KTN in 2016, Amani National Congress (ANC) leader, Musalia Mudavadi, narrated how he met his wife Tessie Mudavadi.

While appearing a little shy, the political big wig divulged that he met his wife at a Harambee, during a school function.

"I was somewhere in Lugare and we were conducting a public function to raise money for a school and while we were there, one of the board members of that school came with his family," he disclosed.

Mudavadi would later be invited for lunch at the home of the board member, where he managed to approach Tessie.

"Somewhere in the crowd, there were these very beautiful ladies from the same family. Little did I know that we were going to have lunch with the board members house."

 "When I went there, I saw this beautiful girl I had seen at the function and the rest is history "he concluded.

The former Vice President also stated that he had two sons and a daughter; Moses, Michael and Maryanne.

The politician also revealed that he had spend considerable time in the rural areas, something he stated had molded him into the politician that he had become.

"It really enriched my life. I mastered my local dialect, got involved in what the rural folks were also doing, I got to understand culture and what is taboo and what is not," he stated.
