Musician Sammidoh Speaks Out After Surviving Tragic Accident

Celebrated Kikuyu musician Samuel Muchoki, popularly known as Sammidoh, is thankful after he survived a tragic crash.

On Sunday, September 8, the revered singer was involved in an accident but managed to escape unhurt.

The crash occurred while he was heading to Oljororok after attending Mugithi Festival on Saturday at Barclay's Sports Club, Thika Road, where he also performed.

He later posted a photo of his dented car on social media and thanked God for keeping him safe.

"It's hard to understand how somethings happen. Thank you, God, you saved my kids and me.

"Yes I was involved in an accident but luckily, I got out safe and unhurt," he stated.

Gatundu Member of the National Assembly Moses Kuria also attended the event.

Various fans of the famed musician took to social media to offer their support and generally check on him.

"Sammidoh pole sana (so sorry) for the accident you had. Glad you safe," shared a fan.

"My thoughts and prayers are with you man! We, fans, are glad that you and yours are alright!" Expressed Ian Mitambo.

Sammidoh has chatted his path as one of the most successful and likable Kikuyu Musician since he parted ways with singer Kamande wa Kioi's band.
