As the window for campaigns prior to the Kibra by-election narrows, candidates are holding campaigns in the constituency in a bid to woo voters.
On Sunday, November 3, various parties were on the ground lobbying for their candidates holding different events in various parts of Kibra.
As the campaigns culminated on the last day of electioneering, Kibra voters were spoilt for choice as a multitude of politicians made their way to the constituency.
In the campaign frenzy, the Amani National Congress (ANC) was holding a meeting at the Kenyatta market with a handful of supporters when those gathered abandoned the tent for an ODM campaign.
The residents and traders moved to the ODM caravan abandoning the ANC meeting as it appeared to be more lively as the campaigners put on a show.
The residents appeared excited to take the merchandise from the caravan, gleefully donning the party's cap and shirts.
All the big wigs are on the ground campaigning for their candidates. Deputy President is leading the Jubilee rally for McDonald Mariga at Laini Saba area.
Raila Odinga is also expected to take his campaigns for ODM's Imran Okoth a notch higher after deploying the support of a number of governors including Kirinyaga's Anne Waiguru, Alfred Mutua (Machakos), Kivutha Kibwana (Makueni), Charity Ngilu (Kitui), Hassan Joho (Mombasa).
