Raila Responds to Ruto's Bedroom Joke in Kibra [VIDEO]

Opposition leader Raila Odinga on Sunday, November 3 gave a hilarious response to a bedroom joke made earlier by Deputy President William Ruto.

Speaking at Woodley grounds in Kibra, Raila affirmed that he would invite whoever he wishes to his 'bedroom' which is Kibra constituency.

"Other people are busy barking that Raila has brought people to his bedroom, is it wrong to welcome people to my bedroom? Don't friends have access to the bedroom? Those making those claims are foolish!" he declared.

Raila was drumming up support for Benard 'Imran' Okoth during his final campaign when he hit back at the DP.

Raila's scathing response comes a day after Ruto cracked up a crowd in Marigat, Baringo County on Saturday, November 2 after taking a swipe at ODM leader.

He likened Kibra to Raila's bedroom since the former PM had represented the area as Lang'ata MP for over 20 years.

"If you see someone asking for help in the bedroom, you should know that things are thick. Isn't it?

"It should be every man for himself in the bedroom. If you see a man asking for reinforcement, things are not going well," he noted.

Ruto explained that the Jubilee Party (JP) had thrown its weight behind former football star McDonald Mariga, adding that God willing, he would be announced as the winner of the by-election.

The Deputy President also held a parrallel campaign rally for Mariga at DC grounds in Kibra constituency where he hit out at Raila  stating that being a Member of Parliament for Kibra and Lang'ata constituencies, he had nothing to show for it, which is why he should pave way for the youthful Mariga.
