Detectives Go After Thugs Who Pumped Bullets Into Courageous Customer

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Saturday, November 10, assured that they had launched a manhunt on the thugs caught on camera pumping bullets into a courageous man. 

The incident alleged to have occurred at a shop in Kasarani area of Nairobi with the man taking on the two thugs with nothing but his bare hands.

Reports indicated that the man sustained bullet wounds from the confrontation and had been rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

The video which was shared on social media caught the attention of the DCI who have launched investigations in the incident.

The detectives assured that they were going after the gangsters who had terrorised the area.

"Thank you for sharing this with us. Detectives have already commenced investigations into this matter with the ultimate aim of bringing all those involved to book.

They further called on anyone with information, "Any person with any information about their identity can contact DCI Kasarani."

According to the CCTV footage, the incident occurred at around 10 p.m. when the two armed thugs walked in and after a while brandished their guns and ordered the man to lie down.

One of the thugs went on to ransack the till as the other stood by the door as a lookout. The customer saw an opportunity to attack the thug who joined his colleague in ransacking the cash box.
